    The AbilityOne Program is a unique federal procurement initiative that generates employment and training opportunities for people who are blind or have other severe disabilities. The AbilityOne Program, enabled by the Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act, is a public-private partnership that uses the tremendous purchasing power of the government to create jobs for Americans with disabilities.
