Servmart offers free delivery within the Western Washington State, Puget Sound Region only. Orders outside the free delivery area will incur shipping and handling charges and are shipped via UPS Ground or US Postal Service with tracking numbers provided. Shipping services other than UPS Ground or USPS will require additional shipping charges at the customer's expense. Items identified as "Not UPS-able" on our website are not shippable via UPS Ground due to size, weight limitations or special handling requirements such as HAZMAT but may be shipped via common carrier at the customer's expense.
Customers may also use their own shipper's account(s) in which case shipping charges will be deducted from the order.
Orders are normally processed within two working days and should arrive at the final destination within 5 - 7 business days after processing within the continental U.S. Orders shipped to APO/FPO addressees may take take up to 60 days to arrive.
